The conversation on the way home. The feeling that catches you off guard. The moment you get to try something you explored together.
Ali gives you a place to remember, reflect, and practice as life unfolds, so you can return to what matters in your next session.
And if you’re exploring on your own, there’s room for you here, too.

COACH · SMALL STEPS
With ADHD, I can get so absorbed in work that I can’t pull away. I want to take a five-minute walk.
Let’s make leaving the desk a little easier. What could help you stop at a natural break?
After my 10 a.m. meeting. If I leave myself a note, I won’t worry about losing my place.

Your words
I almost kept working after the meeting. A note about my next task helped me step away.
On my five-minute walk, I noticed how tightly I’d held my shoulders. Coming back felt easier than I expected.

YOUR WEEK, IN VIEW
You’re making room for yourself within a full day. Leaving a note helped you step away; a short walk gave that intention a place in your routine. Having a snack ready when you return could make the pause easier to repeat. Try it, notice what helps, and keep shaping a version of self-care that feels like yours.

ROWAN · VOLUME I
The story of becoming.
CHAPTER ONE
Making room for myself.
01 · Finding a way to step away
Rowan knew how to keep going. Learning to stop asked something different of her: to leave a little unfinished and trust that she could find her way back.
She left a note, put on her shoes, and stepped outside. Five ordinary minutes, but a choice worth remembering. In a day that could so easily fill without her, Rowan was beginning to make room for herself.

Is Ali a journal or a coach?
Both. Use the guided journal to write or speak freely, with prompts that help you explore your experiences. Turn to Ali Coach for a back-and-forth conversation about what’s getting in the way and small steps toward your goals. Choose whichever feels useful in the moment.
How old do I need to be to use Ali?
Ali is for adults ages 18 and older.
Do I need to be in therapy to use Ali?
No. You can use Ali with or without a therapist. We encourage seeking human support, and we know access can be limited by cost, availability, or life circumstances. That’s one reason we’re creating Ali: a space for reflection and everyday practice, alongside professional care when it’s available.
What informs Ali’s approach?
Built by clinicians with over 20 years of combined clinical experience, Ali brings a neurodiversity-affirming, culturally informed perspective to everyday support.
Our resources span life stages and diverse experiences, drawing on ACT, DBT, CBT, IFS, and motivational interviewing for an integrative approach. Ali supports reflection and practice; it does not replace professional care.
Is Ali a therapist?
No. Ali is an AI mental wellness coach and guided journal designed to help you reflect, explore skills, and notice what matters in your everyday life. It does not replace a therapist or provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency support.
What would my therapist see?
The planned connected experience lets you review and choose which between-session summaries to share. Your therapist can also share relevant resources with you. Connecting is optional; we’ll explain sharing controls and availability before you use them.
I’m a therapist. How can I use Cymbiose with my clients?
Explore Cymbiose Health’s tools for your practice and request access. Our connected-care direction brings clinician-selected resources into Ali and lets clients choose which between-session summaries to share back. Availability and access will be confirmed during onboarding.
Ali is in development. Join the waitlist to hear about early access and onboarding as they become available. We’ll share the next steps when there’s an opportunity for you to try it.
Can I download Ali now?
Ali isn’t available for general download yet. For now, join the app waitlist. We’ll send access information and instructions when you can get started.
What happens when I join the waitlist?
You’ll receive updates about Ali’s availability and how to get started. Joining expresses your interest; it doesn’t enroll you in therapy or require you to connect with a clinician.
